Chelsea Adair
Behind her chair since 2006, following her mother, aunt, uncle, grandmother and great-grandmother Phyllis Adair, who started the family in hair in 1929.
She opened her first salon in Encinitas in 2012 and outgrew it in three years, relocating to the Carlsbad location she runs today. Vidal Sassoon certified and a certified makeup artist since 2017, she's worked behind the chair with A-list clients and still knows every regular's coffee order.
She's flexible with schedules, honest about what your hair will and won't do, and very hard to sit next to without laughing.

With his training at Vidal Sassoon, L'Oreal Professional Paris, and Aveda to name a few--- Arthur has garnered an impressive reputation as a haircutter, stylist and colorist. His résumé includes positions as educator and technical director with international hair presentations in London, Hong Kong, Mexico City, Athens and Toronto. In his off time, Arthur is a marathoner, loves tennis, good music, a good meal and good scotch.
